You will work closely with contractors and clients, ensuring standards, compliance and contractual requirements are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out fabric-related PPM and reactive maintenance works within agreed timescales. Undertake building services maintenance including exterior works, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry tasks. Complete external grounds maintenance duties as required. Control and monitor contractors on behalf of the client, including issuing Permits to Work and ensuring workmanship meets required standards.
