Job Description The role focuses on multi-skilled fabric maintenance, covering plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and general building works. The Fabric Engineer ensures buildings remain safe, functional and compliant, while meeting agreed performance standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Day-to-day activity involves a mix of planned, reactive and proactive tasks, stakeholder liaison, compliance checks and occasional callouts, ensuring all services are delivered safely, compliantly and to agreed performance standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned, reactive and proactive fabric maintenance tasks via the helpdesk within SLA timeframes Carry out plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and general fabric maintenance works Complete external and grounds maintenance tasks as required Participate in the on-call/callout rota Monitor and manage contractors, including issuing and controlling Permits to Work Ensure building assets operate to agreed performance criteria Maintain work areas, t...
