About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in fabric maintenance and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks in line with SLAs.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance within agreed timelines.
- Perform fabric maintenance including floors, doors, ceilings, and wall coverings.
- Undertake basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.
- Use a PDA for work updates and communication.
- Conduct point‑of‑work risk assessments.
- Support minor project works and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Liaise with client representatives and supervise subcontractors when required.
