Job Description
Fabric Technician – North East of England
Salary : £32,774.12 per annum, 22.5 days annual leave (increases to 25 days after 5 years) and bank holidays.
Contract type : Permanent, full‑time. Typical attendance 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Coverage area : NE (Newcastle), SR (Sunderland), DH (Durham), DL (Darlington), TS (Teeside). Future possibility of joining the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota.
About the role
You will be the primary contact with end users or main customers and will work closely with Building Engineering Technicians, Asset Technicians and the Area Maintenance Manager.
You will provide Building Fabric knowledge to customers, guaranteeing first‑class service and ensuring premises are secure and safe at all times.
