Establish and maintain EHS (Environment, Health Safety) system in the factory.Make out the factory yearly sales plan align the company sales plan.Make out the factory capital investment plan, manpower plan according to the sales plan and the equipment selection.Responsible for manufacturing technology (Process, tooling and measurement tool) developing and standardization.Maintain and improve ISO-9000 and ISO14000 system of production.Quick response on quality complaints and monitor corrective action activities.Refer to financial statement, make out the plan on cost control and reduction activities.Allocation of factory resour...
