Job Description
Overview The Production Supervisor helps to ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. They direct, train, motivate and assist lower-level manufacturing and production workers, both directly and through floor leads. The Production Supervisor will implement assigned work, organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. They work as a liaison between employees and senior leadership to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood and the department's requirements are met. This position will report to a Production Manager.
