This critical position will focus on managing the Material Take-Off (MTO) process for façade projects, ensuring that all technical specifications are met and communicated effectively between project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage material take-off (MTO) for façade components, ensuring accurate quantity calculations based on detailed drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure MTO aligns with project requirements.
- Review and analyze project contracts, specifications, and drawings to compile comprehensive materials lists.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure materials are procured on time.
