Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ and make modifications to suit prevailing site conditions
- Review packages and coordinate with subcontractors for all technical queries, highlight discrepancies pre/post tendering
- Manage a team of structural and architectural draughtsmen for preparation of shop drawings
- Coordinate with MEP requirements, receive material indents from site, analyze requirements, and submit for approval
- Evaluate and determine appropriate construction delivery systems and most cost-effective plans for project completion
- Oversee selection of contractors and consultants to complete specific project components
- Prepare Method Statements and submit to consultants
- Attend weekly progress meetings with client and consultant to resolve critical issues
