The Position
This locum opportunity is based at Griffith Base Hospital, which provides a 24-hour Emergency Department with 15 treatment spaces and supports a broad range of emergency presentations across the Riverina region. The Emergency Department is backed by an on-site Intensive Care Unit and is equipped with advanced telehealth capabilities, allowing the clinical team to connect directly with specialists through the NSW Critical Care Advisory Service for additional support in complex or critical cases. This night position is suited to a PGY4 Emergency Department doctor, with the department typically seeing an average of 7–10 patients overnight.
