We are currently recruiting for aFacilitator - Centre of Excellence tojoin our Onboarding team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone
Scope: Facilitator-Centre of Excellence is an individual who guides and supports learners throughout a training program to ensure they effectively gain new knowledge and skills. They act as more than just a presenter; their focus is on creating an engaging learning environment that fosters participation and maximizes knowledge retention. This role required to facilitate interactive sessions using a variety of methods like presentations, discussions, group activities, and case studies and shall measure the success of the training program through assessments, surveys, or feedback sessions.
