ACMV Technician/ Building Facility Technician (Class 3)
Salary: $2,500 – $3,600 (depends on the experience)
8am to 5pm, 5.25 days only

Possess valid Class 3 Driving License, company vehicle will be provided.
Job Responsibilities- Receive work orders and coordinate maintenance works assigned by supervisor
- Perform maintenance and repair works for electrical, mechanical, and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, controllers, lighting systems, and auxiliary electrical devices
- Install electrical wiring and equipment according to technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure smooth facility operations
- Troubleshoot CCTV cabling systems and perform repair works when required
