Job Description
Key Highlights:
- Contract Duration: 1-year contract
- Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Work Location: Near MRT City Hall
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,500
- Liaise with contractors for the fabrication, installation, structural maintenance, and cleaning of heritage trail structures, including trail markers, wayfinding signages, and exhibition panels; may involve participation in tender processes.
- Coordinate with schools and partners for travelling exhibitions, managing end-to-end processes such as handling booking enquiries, conducting site recces with contractors, and preparing procurement and billing paperwork.
- Assist in managing and preparing rosters for gallery sitters at community galleries.
