Job Description
Just Salad is seeking a facilities and maintenance professional that will join our team. Under the general direction of the Facilities Director, the Facilities Associate will manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across all Just Salad locations in the FL area. Facilities Associate are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with managers and Ops.
Reports to: VP of Facilities
Facilities Associate Responsibilities:
- Light construction work consisting of carpentry, framing, Sheetrock, and tile work.
- Completing basic restaurant equipment repairs.
- Responding to emergency calls, including, but not limited to sanitary drain cleaning, false fire alarms, and critical equipment failing.
- Support initiatives to reduce Just Salad’s environmental footprint.
