Responsibilities:
Operating facilities critical assets, repair and renewal of - Chillers and chilled water systems, CRAC units, RTU's, Triangle Tube boilers and heating water systems, fireman systems and control panels, elevators and inspections, potable water systems, pumps and motors
- Daily building and energy optimization using Siemens Desigo BAS
- Operates Tririga LM Buildings CMMS systems for work orders, PM's, FCA's, projects, inventory, operation maintenance and risk assessments
