**Job Summary**

This role supports the day-to-day maintenance, inspection, and operational needs of a diverse residential property portfolio. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with facilities, maintenance, and property management teams to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and visually appealing while coordinating inspections, vendors, and facility-related projects.
