Overview
The Facilities Coordinator will have a significant impact on customer experience. He/She will have the ability to lead and manage external contractors be on call for emergencies to handle multiple projects and daily activities and meet time lines. The Facilities Coordinator will develop plans on how to accomplish engineering departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead support and mentor the team ensuring they are working in a safe standard and efficient manner.
- Work with the team and the wider network to harness the technical expertise available and build solutions.
- Keep the APM (Asset performance management) metrics achieved and raise the bar on all performance and compliance KPIs.
- Support the Reliability Engineering Manager as they work with the Site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff. ...
