In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of facility infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, structural components, and building maintenance such as drainage, water supply, civil works and sewerage works.Preventive Maintenance: Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs for facility systems, including HVAC (air conditioning, heating, refrigeration), building exhaust fans, ventilation units, CDA, Liquid Nitrogen, WWTP, STP and etcPreventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility equipment and systems.Troubleshooting and Repairs: Quickly identify and resolve facility operation issues, coordinating with internal teams or external contractors as needed.Compliance and Safety: Ensure that facility op...
