CBRE is hiring a Facilities Management Professional to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings. Monitors building system operations and performance, applying critical specialized knowledge at client sites.
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment, which may include:
- Mechanical/HVAC/plumbing systems
- Electrical/cabling
- Fire detection and suppression
