Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of building structures, both inside and outside.
- Carry out repairs and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
- Coordinate with vendors for inspection, servicing, and certification of lifts, cranes, and related equipment.
- Manage and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
- Ensure proper care and general maintenance of the premises and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance.
- Practical, hands‑on skills in building repair and maintenance work.
- Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Salary: $3,000 to $4,500
