Job Description
Facilities Engineer (Manufacturing) – Kluang, Johor
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for facility equipment and systems.
- Prepare annual maintenance plans and schedules to ensure smooth facility operation and minimum downtime.
- Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, including cost control, expenditure tracking, and budget forecasting.
- Liaise and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss facility performance, ongoing issues, improvement plans, and compliance matters.
- Supervise and oversee technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and effectively.
