Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise in-house technicians and outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Take ownership of all complaints and follow through to resolution.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with house rules and prescribed safety standards.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting faults if possible or take appropriate action to rectify with the specialist contractor
- Coordinate and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance programmes.
- Support other services as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent;
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience
- Hands‑on experience with both mechanical & electrical systems.
