Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise in-house technicians and outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Take ownership of all complaints and follow through to resolution. Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with house rules and prescribed safety standards. Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting faults if possible or take appropriate action to rectify with the specialist contractor Coordinate and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance programmes. Support other services as required
Requirements: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent; Min. 5 years relevant working experience Hands‑on experience with both mechanical & electrical systems. Proactive, independent, and a strong team player Strong communication skills
