主要职责
+ 设施与能源系统管理：负责电力、暖通、压缩空气、给排水及燃气等公用系统的稳定运行与持续优化，保障生产连续性
+ 维保与运营管理：建立并执行预防性维护体系，推进日常维护、隐患排查及外包服务商管理，确保消防及特种设备合规
+ 能源与节能管理：监控能源数据并制定KPI，推动节能降本项目落地，提升能效并支持可持续发展目标
+ 项目管理：主导或支持产线扩建及设施改造项目，负责从立项、预算到实施及验收的全过程管理
+ 应急与抢修管理：建立应急机制，快速响应突发故障，降低停机时间
+ 体系与合规管理：完善技术资料与维保记录，支持ISO/EHS审核，确保符合法规要求
我们希望你:
+ 教育背景：本科及以上学历，电气、暖通、能源动力、自动化等相关专业优先，具备基础英文能力
+ 经验要求：5–10年制造业厂务/设施管理经验，熟悉电力...
