Facilities Engineering Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Systems Support – Assist facilities engineers with preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Support routine inspections, equipment monitoring, and basic troubleshooting activities under supervision.
- Help maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
- Project Assistance – Participate in capital improvement projects, tenant improvement coordination, and facility upgrades.
- Assist with project documentation, vendor coordination, and progress tracking.
- Support cost analysis and budget preparation activities.
- Operations Support – Help monitor building automation systems and energy management platforms.
