- Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
- To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
- Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
- Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
- Support the car park operations
- Assist in any other duties assigned
- Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
