Facilities Executive: M&E, Maintenance & Operations

St Engineering in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Executive to manage the daily operations and maintenance of their property portfolio. You will ensure M&E, HVAC, and structural systems operate efficiently while driving sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will coordinate vendor management, ensure compliance with building codes, and serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing requests and operational complaints.

The role is based at Rifle Range, with shuttle services available from King Albert Park MRT.
