Operate the facilities helpdesk to receive, log, track, and manage all user feedback, service requests, and issues via phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, chatbot, or other platforms. Route urgent issues such as faults, defects, breakdowns, and emergencies to the appropriate maintenance staff or contractors.
