$35-45/hr depending on experience



Position Purpose:



The Inns of Aurora Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician who will work throughout our world-class resort.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for their work, and a commitment to keeping equipment running to support our team in ensuring the best possible experience for our guests.


 


Under the direction of the Buildings and Grounds Manager, the Facilities HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment throughout the Inns of Aurora properties.



Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:



  • Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and other building systems and conduct repairs when necessary.  Equipment includes boilers, water tower, air handlers, VAV units, fan coil units, air cooled chillers, geothermal systems, water-water heat pumps, water-air heat pumps, water/gly...
