Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs work to complete and assist with maintenance, repair and operational duties of building systems on campus and associated equipment. Areas of work include construction, electrical, alarm systems, elevator systems, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
