Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all building systems and utilities. This role ensures that the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with cGMP regulations, local building codes, and company policies. The technician will work collaboratively with the Facilities, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to maintain and improve facility infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, water systems (Purified Water, WFI), and building automation systems (BAS).
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and production disruption.
