**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of general labor and maintenance activities to keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role focuses on routine cleaning, grounds maintenance, recycling and waste management, and general facilities upkeep during the overnight shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general labor work orders requested by internal customers, including responding to questions, completing cleaning tasks, and moving furniture, ensuring timely and professional service.
+ Move furniture and coordinate office furniture moves, supporting department relocations and workspace changes in an organized and safe manner.
