Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist in buildings / facilities preventive, corrective and maintenance work Maintain the list of works, materials, tools, machineries and items to be used Do periodic routine inspections for proper operation of various facilities Diagnose on building related faults and perform rectification works Assist in the supervision of servicing works carried out by contractors Manage service contractors on site work and report irregularities Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works such as Building accessories and hardware, painting work, basic carpentry, repair works, sanitary & plumbing defects & etc.) Involved in events set-up such as scaffolding and electrical work lighting, sound, video, staging, and special effects technical work Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
