Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and smooth functioning of company-managed facilities, including office, warehouse, and worker dormitory.
- Manage all dormitory operations, including room allocation, occupancy tracking, bedspace management, housekeeping coordination, and ensuring a safe and orderly living environment for residents.
- Act as the main liaison with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies on dormitory-related matters, ensuring full compliance with applicable requirements, inspections, and licensing conditions.
- Conduct regular site inspections of all facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and proper maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate and supervise all repair, maintenance, and upgrading works, working closely with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
