Role Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our facility and providing administrative support for matters relating to security, maintenance, health and safety procedures and space management.
Responsibilities- Manage facility operations, electrical and mechanical system maintenance, janitorial services, renovations and infrastructure upgrading works
- Carry out preventive and planned maintenance programmes and undertake routine inspections of the premises, fixtures, fittings and grounds
- Ensure the facility is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure maintenance and repair tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality and compliance requirements
