Facilities Management Officer (Sucat)
The Facilities Management Officer is responsible for integrating people, places, and processes within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business.
The Facilities Management Officer shall handle the technical operations of FM, primarily the critical equipment of the facilities including, but not limited to, fire protection equipment, fire detection & alarm system (FDAS), air‑conditioning system, ventilation system, hygiene facilities, electrical & auxiliary systems and CCTV systems. They must manage third‑party contractors in terms of operations, compliance, inspection & preventive maintenance, contract management, and SLA monitoring.
