Key Responsibilities Lead a team of executives to manage building operations and facilities, including outsourced M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control services. Supervise the team and vendors, check work quality, and ensure maintenance services are completed according to contract requirements. Conduct regular building and M&E inspections, follow up on rectification works, and recommend improvements. Prepare management reports, contract reviews, and vendor performance evaluations.
