Who we’re looking for?
- Relevant experience in Facilities Management, or from an engineering (mechanical, electrical) or trade-based background.
- Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical engineering or plumbing (desirable, not essential).
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, BMS, mechanical operations) and facilities management processes is highly desirable.
- High level of financial awareness, computer literacy, and problem-solving capability.
