Job Summary
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Client regarding all operational matters.
What You’ll Do
Operation & Maintenance
- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee PPM works where required.
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
- Perform facility inspections for quality assurance following local regulations; suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
