Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / equivalent qualification
- Health & Safety accreditation
- 3–5 years’ facilities management experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Security Manager
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Oversee building maintenance and facility operations
- Coordinate renovations and maintenance projects
- Handle emergency responses and security callouts
- Ensure premises are opened and locked correctly
