Facilities Manager: Lake County Catholic Schools Network Lake County Catholic School Network Position Summary: The Network Facility Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the physical plant, grounds, and safety protocols of All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy in Wickliffe, Ohio. This role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient learning environment while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and diocesan regulations. Primary Responsibilities: Compliance & Safety (AHERA/Health/Fire): Serve as the AHERA Designated Person; maintain the Asbestos Management Plan, coordinate 6‐month surveillances and 3‐year inspections. Liaise with Lake County General Health District for annual school inspections and kitchen/cafeteria compliance. Coordinate annual Fire Marshal inspections and ensure all life‐safety systems are certified as needed.
