Facilities Manager (Makati Site)
About the Role
- Oversee daily building and grounds upkeep, including custodial operations and overall facility cleanliness
- Implement and monitor security, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures
- Manage facilities preventive maintenance (in-house and equipment-related) and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors
- Address day‑to‑day operational concerns and maintain strong coordination with building administration
- Track operational expenses and collaborate with business units to support facility needs
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with 5–7 years of experience in facility operations, vendor management, and team supervision
