Facilities Manager

Lead and coordinate the FMC team, client-appointed contractors, and vendors; manage technical documents, maintenance programs, and tracking systems.

Handle emergency repairs, troubleshooting, and provide technical support while acting as the main coordination point for subcontractors and vendors.

Prepare and deliver technical reports, monthly progress updates, and certify completed works, including managing variation orders.

Oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and conduct inspections and audits.

Support overall property operations, including daily management, statutory inspections, and deputising for the Director when required.

Manage customer service issues, ensure timely resolution, and handle office administration and support functions.

Candidates with Fire Safety Manager Certificate will be added advantage.
