What you will do
As facilities officer, you will help deliver facilities and accommodation services across the department.
You will support staff, maintain records and help keep workplaces running smoothly.
You will:
* monitor facilities issues and manage enquiries through the facilities management inbox
* coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers
* support office moves, workspace changes and accommodation planning
* maintain accurate floor plans, seating plans and facilities records
