. To provide a centralized facilities administrative and transactional support across the integrated Soft, Security and Engineering functions. . This role ensures contractual compliance through rigorous invoice processing, performance data consolidation, Single Central Record, licensing and contract lists, and maintaining the 'Audit-Ready' status of the Facilities, Cafe and Transport Operations sections. . End-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring three-way matching between Vendor Invoices, Service Entry Sheets and Purchase orders. . Consolidate monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from various service streams . Ensuring timely submission of performance reports from Integrated Service Vendors and verifying data accuracy against on-site proof- of-presence tools. .
