Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Provide cleaning services;
- Provide logistics support for school events e.g. moving and arranging tables and chairs etc;
- Closing of school and keep school facilities safe and secure;
- Escort and supervise the Authority’s appointed term contractors who are carrying out facilities management services in school;
- Check on the existing stock of cleaning supplies and toilet supplies and feedback to Operations Manager for replenishment of stock;
- Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compiliation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;
- Report building faults to Operations Manager;
- Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.
