Facilities Operative Gardener

We have a great opportunity for a Gardener to join our facilities department. As a Facilities Operative / Gardener, you will be responsible for the Gardening and maintenance of all company grounds at a high standard.

Your Role:

1. You will carry out a wide range of horticultural duties, including planting trees, shrubs, and bedding schemes.
2. Assist and cover for the grounds facilities operative as and when required.
3. Undertaking any training or development.
4. Providing a high standard of work at all times.
5. Reporting and making safe any defects as soon as is practicable.
6. Ensuring all records and documents are kept up-to-date and completed as required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience working in a residential, commercial, or public garden.
2. Able to understand landscape designs and bedding schemes.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in garden/grounds maintenance.
