Posting Summary
Oversee a range of facilities management projects, from small renovations and plant improvement/deferred maintenance projects to complex construction projects. Coordinate cost estimates as needed for relocations, renovations, facility improvements and capital equipment replacement. Supervise external consultants and contractors, coordinate and communicate all phases of projects to University user groups, service providers and design and construction management personnel to form a project. Ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Organize active projects within each phase. Provide in field monitoring progress of activities and schedule. Ensure the most efficient use of all resources (internal and external labor). Provide technical assistance for outside contracted services.
