Job Description

The Department

Our Property Department oversees club-wide project and construction management, contract administration and property development.

The Job

You will:

  • Provide operational and administrative support for Happy Valley Racecourse
  • Assist in financial management and budget control
  • Liaise with and monitor the performance of the external contractors
  • Supervise an on-site team to deliver quality services
  • Proactively involve in sustainability task group and deliver
  • Be the team representative of occupational health and safety work group
  • Ensure adhere to procurement procedures
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from stakeholders/ customers
  • Carry out site patrol to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and standard are well maintained
  • Be required to perform duty according to racing fixture (Wednesday, Saturday/ Sunday)
