Support day-to-day soft services operations and vendor coordination at Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring technology.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Support collaboration with external service providers to resolve issues and ensure flawless service delivery.
- Track vendor performance and assist in gathering feedback for improvements.
- Assist with documentation, work order tracking, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
