FACILITIES SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Lead construction and facilities related construction projects and upgrades pertaining to new production lines, office spaces, improvements or industrial upgrades
+ Assist with the design, development, and issuance of drawings, documentation, and reports for construction and facilities in aerospace, large commercial or industrial type projects
+ Verify maintenance is being completed and coordinate all repair, build, and contingency systems efforts for HVAC, electrical, cranes, facility systems (e.g. lighting, doors, roof leaks), security systems, and fire protection systems
